HMT Wholesale Ordering Guide

1. Create a wholesale account

Create a business account and verify your email. An administrator must approve your business account before you can view Supply Price.

Once approved, sign in to view Supply Price and per-product MOQ, build your quote list, and download draft invoices.

Our pricing may vary depending on the selected currency.

For business verification or sales inquiries, please contact our sales team.

You can also view product details on our website.

2. Explore Products & Request a Quote

Approved business buyers can explore brands, products, Supply Price, and MOQ information.

Add products to your quote list, then submit a quote request. This is not an online checkout.

Mixed brands and products are welcome.

3. Invoice Request & Order

Download draft invoices in Excel and PDF from your quote list to review product details and quantities.

Submit your quote request so our team can confirm availability and issue the final invoice.

Please provide the necessary shipping and order details, including:

• Trade Terms
• Shipping Method
• Consignee
• Shipping Address
• Notify Party
• Contact Information

Our sales team will review your request and confirm product availability, pricing, and shipping details before issuing the final invoice.

4. Payment

After your quotation is confirmed, payment is by bank transfer.

Please review the invoice and complete the confirmed bank transfer so we can process the order.

5. Order Processing & Final Confirmation

Lead time is confirmed with your quotation. It depends on the products, stock, and shipping method.

Once the final quantities are confirmed, we will send an updated invoice.

Any applicable shipping charges and final order details will be confirmed before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Dispatch

After order and payment confirmation, we prepare goods for handover to your appointed carrier at the agreed location.

Orders are dispatched from South Korea after payment and packing are confirmed.

Buyers appoint their own carrier or freight forwarder. HMT prepares goods and hands them over at the agreed dispatch or loading location. We do not book international transport or arrange carriers. Handover scope and cost responsibilities are agreed before the order is confirmed.
